Getting your deliverables
A secure online client portal is in development. Until it launches, we deliver transcripts, video, exhibits and other files directly to the people you designate.
How delivery works today
- When you book a service, tell us who should receive the deliverables.
- When files are ready, we send them to those people and let you know.
- We keep deliverables organized by matter and proceeding, so you can ask us for a copy later.
Can't find a file?
Call 404-487-8346 (Mon–Fri, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET) or email schedule@alistairsystems.com with the case name and proceeding date.

The client portal will let your team sign in to view upcoming and completed services, download transcripts, video and exhibits, and request help, all in one place.
