How it works

Send it the way you'd say it

You don't need a special form or a particular format. Tell us what the proceeding needs. We organize the details, ask about anything missing and handle the coordination from there.

How it works

From request to delivery

  1. Send your request

Use the request form or email schedule@alistairsystems.com in plain language. Include what you know. Nothing needs to be perfect.

  2. We confirm the details

We organize your request into a job and ask about anything that is missing, such as a caption, address or expected length.

  3. We coordinate the professionals

We book the reporter, videographer, interpreter or translator, send confirmations and handle any changes.

  4. You receive the deliverables

We track transcripts, video and exhibits to delivery and send them to the people you designate, organized by matter.

AI and people

Technology handles the routine. People handle the rest.

Most requests follow a pattern, and software is good at patterns. Some don't, and that's when you want a person. We built Alistair to give you both.

Our system

  • Reads your request and organizes the details
  • Flags what's missing so nothing stalls
  • Keeps schedules, confirmations and reminders moving
  • Tracks deliverables until they reach you

Our people

  • Oversee the work and step in when judgment is needed
  • Handle unusual, urgent or complicated requests
  • Resolve problems when plans change
  • Answer the phone when you'd rather talk it through

Confidential by default

AI speeds up the routine work, but it doesn't change how we treat your information. Everything connected to your matter is handled as confidential, shared only as your matter requires, and overseen by people on our team. Our process is built to support your professional obligations, including privilege and your duty of confidentiality.

How we handle confidential information

You can always skip straight to a person: 404-487-8346, Mon–Fri, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET.

Questions

Common questions

Is Alistair Systems a law firm?

No. Alistair Systems coordinates litigation-support professionals and services. We don't provide legal advice, legal representation or legal strategy.

How do I request a service?

Use the request form, or email schedule@alistairsystems.com in your own words. If anything is missing, we'll ask. You can also call us during business hours.

What information should I include?

The basics are enough to start: the service, the date and time, the location or whether it's remote, and the case caption. Please don't send privileged or confidential case details through the form. We'll ask for what we need.

Can I talk to a person?

Yes, any time during business hours. Call 404-487-8346, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern, or email info@alistairsystems.com.

How do you use AI?

We use AI to read requests, organize the details and keep scheduling moving. People on our team oversee the work and are available whenever you'd rather speak with someone.

How do you protect confidential and privileged information?

We treat everything connected to your matter as confidential. Access is limited to the people coordinating your job, and the professionals we engage are expected to keep your matter confidential. When we use AI to organize a request, we do it through business accounts we control, and people on our team review the work. Information is shared only as your matter requires, with the people you designate.

Do you follow attorney-client privilege and Florida Bar rules?

Attorney-client privilege belongs to you and your client, and the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar govern lawyers. As your litigation-support provider, we're built to help you meet those obligations, including your duty of confidentiality when you work with outside vendors and technology. We keep your matter information confidential, share it only as your matter requires, and follow your instructions on who receives what.

Where do you provide services?

We currently serve Florida. If your matter is somewhere else, call or email us and we'll tell you what we can do.

Have a proceeding coming up?

Send us what you know. We'll confirm the rest and keep you updated.
